1. Acceptance
By accessing nebulaix.click or purchasing training from Nebulaix FireCraft, you agree to these Terms. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for misuse or security reasons.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Volume pricing is available for teams.
4. Delivery of training
We offer online, in-person, and blended delivery. Scheduling depends on instructor availability and your site readiness (e.g., access to drill areas). Certificates are issued upon completion.
5. Learner conduct
Learners must follow safety instructions, respect evacuation protocols, and avoid disruptive behavior during sessions.
6. Intellectual property
Course materials, trademarks, and site content are owned by Nebulaix FireCraft or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials without permission, except for internal workplace training.
7. Disclaimers
Training is educational. We do not guarantee outcomes beyond course delivery. Real emergencies involve variables outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for affected services in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach or for convenience with reasonable notice. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitations, and governing law survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and notify account holders if changes are material.
